Appointment, Cancellation & No-Show Policy
TCHD offers a high-quality and professional psychotherapy to adults, adolescents, couples, groups and families.
Appointments are available Monday through Saturday.

During the first consultation, we request that you come 15- 20 minutes before the session to complete the initial paperwork.

North – No. 30 O'Connor Street, Port of Spain
Tobago – No. 16 Belmar Trace, Buccoo, Tobago
CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY
In order to provide a professional service and to avoid disrupting therapy and impact both you and other clients, we have two important policies. These policies are set forth in full in the client agreement that you will be required to sign. The policy mentioned below constitute a brief non-exhaustive summary:Cancellation Policy:
In the event that you/ the client will not be able to keep an appointment, please notify us 24 hours in advance. If we do not receive such advance notice, you will be responsible for paying a 50% cancellation fee. Our offices are open during regular business hours for leaving your therapist a message and our emergency contact number is 317-3471/ 374-9814
No Show Policy:
In the event that you/the client did not show for your appointment, you will be responsible for paying a 50% No Show Fee. Our offices are open during regular business hours for leaving your therapist a message and our emergency contact number is 317-3471/ 374-9814
